DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION
Motion by the respondents to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 which was transferred to this Court by an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered June 3, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until April 23, 2012, and the respondent's brief must be served and filed on or before that date.
