No. 05-09-00501-CV (Tex. App. May. 29, 2009)

Opinion

No. 05-09-00501-CV

Opinion issued May 29, 2009.

On Appeal from the 256th Judicial District Court Dallas County, Texas, Trial Court Cause No. DF-09-06892-Z.

Before Justices WRIGHT, BRIDGES, and FRANCIS.

MEMORANDUM OPINION

Matthew Ward, Sr. appealed to the District Court from an order rendered by an associate judge. The notice of appeal was inadvertently transmitted to this Court. Because there is no final judgment or otherwise appealable interlocutory order, we have no jurisdiction. See generally Tex. Fam. Code Ann. § 81.009 (Vernon 2008); Lehmann v. Har-Con Corp., 39 S.W.3d 191, 195 (Tex. 2001); Ruiz v. Ruiz, 946 S.W.2d 123, 124 (Tex.App.-El Paso 1997, no writ). Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.
