ORDER


Came on for consideration the agreed motion of plaintiffs, Larry Ward and Ivy Silveira, and defendant, Regency Conversions, Inc., for judgment of dismissal with prejudice. The court finds that the motion should be granted.

The court ORDERS that the agreed motion for judgment be, and is hereby, granted, and that plaintiffs' claims against defendant be, and are hereby, dismissed with prejudice.
