JURY RESPECTFULLY DEMANDED ORDER ON DEFENDANT'S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT


CAME ON this day for consideration Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment. The Court, having reviewed the pleadings, motion, and summary judgment evidence, is of the opinion that said motion is meritorious and should be granted.

It is therefore:

ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Defendant's Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED, and Plaintiff's Title VII claim against Defendant Midwestern State University is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.

It is further ORDERED that this judgment finally disposes of all parties and all claims and is appealable.

SO ORDERED.
