JUDGMENT


In accordance with the order entered on this date, it is hereby ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the plaintiff be awarded attorney fees in the amount of $2,568.75 under the Equal Access to Justice Act, 28 U.S.C. § 2412, for legal services rendered by plaintiffs attorney in this Court and litigation expenses in the amount of $77.22 for a total of $2,645.97.

ORDER

After due and proper consideration of all portions of this file deemed relevant to the issues raised, and there having been no objections filed, the recommendation of the Magistrate Judge made under 28 U.S.C. § 636 (b)(1)(B) and dated this the 19th day of March, 2001 is ADOPTED as the opinion of this Court.
