George Allen Ward, Appellant Pro Se.
Before WYNN and HEYTENS, Circuit Judges, and FLOYD, Senior Circuit Judge.
Affirmed by unpublished per curiam opinion.
Unpublished opinions are not binding precedent in this circuit.
PER CURIAM:
George Allen Ward, a Virginia prisoner, appeals the district court's order denying relief on his 42 U.S.C. § 1983 complaint.[*] We have reviewed the record and find no reversible error. Accordingly, we affirm the district court's order. Ward v. Edwards, No. 2:19-cv-00526-RAJ-RJK (E.D. Va. Oct. 18, 2022). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before this court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
AFFIRMED.
[*] This case returns to us following a limited remand for the district court to conduct the fact finding necessary to determine whether Ward's notice of appeal was timely filed under Fed. R. App. P. 4(c)(1).
