Disposition: The Attorney General, the Petitioners, and the Chancery Court Judges of the 14th Judicial District are directed to file briefs, due on the following schedule: Within thirty days of the date of this order, the Attorney General shall file its brief, not to exceed twenty-five pages; within thirty days of the service of the Attorney General's brief, the Petitioner and the Chancery Court Judges of the 14th Judicial District shall each file a brief responding to the Attorney General's brief, not to exceed twenty-five pages; within fourteen days of the service of the responsive briefs, the Attorney General may file a reply brief, not to exceed ten pages. Also within fourteen days of the service of the responsive briefs, any amicus curiae may file a brief, not to exceed twenty-five pages. The Clerk of this Court shall send a copy of this order to the Attorney General, the Petitioner, the Chancery Court Judges of the 14th Judicial District, the Mississippi Conference of Chancery Judges, the Mississippi Conference of Circuit Court Judges, and the Mississippi Conference of County Court Judges.
