STIPULATION AND ORDER TO EXTEND STAY

The Parties, Plaintiff Officer Bridget Ward ("Officer Ward") and Defendant City of Henderson O'COH") (collectively the "Parties"), by and through their respective counsel, stipulate and agree to continue the stay in the instant matter for twenty-one (21) days from the date of entry of this order to allow the Parties additional time to continue settlement discussions. In the event this matter does not resolve on or before that date, the Parties shall have an additional twenty (20) days to tile a new proposed Scheduling Order or any appropriate motions.
IT IS SO ORDERED. This case is STAYED through February 18, 2022.
