MEMORANDUM OPINION

Appellant's brief is overdue. Appellant's brief was due on October 13, 2011. By letter dated October 24, 2011, we directed appellant to file a brief and an extension motion within ten days. We cautioned appellant that failure to do so would result in dismissal of the appeal. Thereafter, we extended the time to file her brief until November 12, 2011. By letter dated November 18, 2011, we again notified appellant the time for filing her brief had expired and directed appellant to file her brief and an extension motion within ten days. We informed appellant that failure to do so would result in the dismissal of her appeal. To date, appellant has not filed her brief, an extension motion, or otherwise corresponded with the Court regarding the status of her brief.

Accordingly, we dismiss this appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(a)(1); 42.3(b)(c).
