ORDER RE: STIPULATION OF DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE

THIS MATTER having come before the Court upon the filing of a Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice by Plaintiff James H. Ward and Defendant Bank of America, N.A.; all parties having stipulated to the requested relief, the Court having reviewed all pleadings filed by the parties relating to the Stipulation; and the Court having reviewed the records filed herein, it is hereby ORDERED that this matter is dismissed with prejudice with each party to bear its own attorney's fees and costs.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
