This case is calendared for trial at the Court's June 20, 2023, New York, New York, trial session. On May 19, 2023, respondent filed, at docket entry #10, a Motion for Continuance. Respondent subsequently filed, at docket entry #11, an identical Motion for Continuance. We will grant the Motion and direct the Clerk of the Court to strike as duplicative the document at docket entry #11.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed May 19, 2023, at docket entry #11, is hereby deemed stricken from the record of this case. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed May 19, 2023, at docket entry #10, is granted. This case is stricken from the Court's June 20, 2023, New York, New York, trial session and is continued, and jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before August 8, 2023, the parties shall file a status report (jointly if possible, otherwise separately) detailing the then-present status of the case.
