Appeal pursuant to Fla. R. App.P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Polk County; J. Michael McCarthy, Judge.


We affirm the denial of Mr. Walton's motion for postconviction relief that was filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) without prejudice to any right Mr. Walton might have to seek to withdraw his plea under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850.
