Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On June 11, 2021, petitioner filed a Motion to Restrain Assessment or Collection or to Order Refund of Amount Collected. On July 19, 2021, respondent filed an Objection to petitioner's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 2, 2022, petitioner shall file a response to respondent's Notice of Objection to Motion to Restrain Assessment or Collection or to Order Refund of Amount Collected.
