ORDER DENYING MOTION TO RECONSIDER THE WAIVER OF TRANSCRIPT FEES

Upon consideration of Plaintiff-Appellant Justin M. Walthall's Motion to Reconsider the Waiver of Transcript Fees filed on June 25, 2009, and in light of Hawai'i Rules of Appellate Procedure (HRAP) Rule 10(b) which requires either a statutory exemption or a waiver by the reporter for relief from the obligation to pay for transcripts,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion is denied.
