FINAL JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE is before the Court upon the jury verdict in Defendants' favor on all counts. Accordingly, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that judgment is hereby entered in favor of Defendants Jet Aviation Flight Services, Inc. and Matthew Raver and against Plaintiff John Walter, who shall take nothing in this cause of action. The Clerk shall CLOSE this case. Any pending motions are DENIED as moot. The Court reserves jurisdiction for purpose of determining attorneys' fees and costs.
