SECRETARY OF LABOR'S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR ENTRY OF CONSENT ORDER AND JUDGMENT

Plaintiff, Martin J. Walsh, Secretary of Labor, United States Department of Labor, pursuant to section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as Amended, 29 U.S.C. § 201 et seq. (the “Act”), filed a complaint against Defendant WOODBRIDGE NURSING PAVILION, LTD. (“Defendant”). Plaintiff and Defendant have signed a consent order and judgment, attached hereto as Exhibit A. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum of Law in Support of Unopposed Motion for Entry of Consent Order and Judgment, the Secretary respectfully requests the Court approve it.
