This case was on the Court's April 9, 2024 trial calendar for Buffalo, New York. It's about substantiation, and Mr. Walsh promised to send copies of his receipts in organized fashion to respondent's counsel. Respondent recently reported that he has, and when informal discovery continues to progress settlement should arrive. It is therefore

ORDERED that on or before July 8, 2024 the parties shall file decision documents or respondent should file a status report to describe any progress the parties have made toward settlement.
