Adam B. Landy Special Trial Judge

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's October 16, 2023, Los Angeles, California, remote trial session. A trial was conducted on October 16, 2023.

On January 9, 2024, Ms. Walsh filed a Motion for the Court to Pay the Expenses of a Transcript. Upon due consideration of the foregoing, and for cause, it is ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court shall attach to this Order a copy of the Court's Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 24, 2024, Ms. Walsh shall file with the Court an Application for Waiver of Filing Fee. It is further

ORDERED that the briefing scheduled is suspended until the Court acts on Ms. Walsh's motion. It is further

ORDERED that Ms. Walsh's Motion for Extension of Time, which is duplicative of the Motion for the Court to Pay the Expenses of a Transcript, is stricken from the Court's record and shall not be viewable as part of this case.
