An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 11, 2021,
And plaintiff-appellant having moved for an order staying enforcement of the order; restraining and enjoining defendant-respondent 214 West 29th Street Tenant LLC from compelling or inducing any subtenants or licensees to vacate the subject building and modifying or terminating any subleases, licenses or other agreements pertaining to the use and occupancy of premises without the prior written consent of plaintiff; and directing defendant to deliver to plaintiff a list of all subleases and a copy of each and every sublease, pending hearing and determination of the appeal,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is ordered that the motion is denied. The interim relief granted by order of a Justice of this Court dated May 18, 2021 is hereby vacated. ENTERED: June 10, 2021
