The parties have filed an agreed motion to abate this appeal because the parties have reached an agreement to settle this case and are in the process of finalizing settlement documents.
The motion is granted. The appeal is abated until July 5, 2024. If the parties have not filed a motion to dismiss by July 5, 2024, they shall file a status update advising the Court of the status of the finalization of settlement documents.
