Action for the foreclosure of certain municipal tax liens and a sewer assessment lien, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New Haven and referred to Hon. Philip R. Pastore, state trial referee; judgment of strict foreclosure, from which the named defendant appealed to the Supreme Court, which affirmed the trial court's decision; thereafter, the referee denied the named defendant's motion to open the judgment and to extend the law day, and the named defendant appealed to this court. No error.

The court did not abuse its discretion in refusing to open the judgment and extend the law days.
