Action for judgment declaring that defendants are not holders in due course of a majority of stock of certain corporations, and to recover damages for alleged violation of alleged civil liberties and rights of plaintiff. Order granting motion of defendants to dismiss complaint for insufficiency on its face affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion. Hagarty, Acting P.J., Carswell, Adel, Nolan and Sneed, JJ., concur.
