Robert Wallach Petitioner v. Commissioner of Internal Revenue Respondent

ORDER

Mark V. Holmes Judge

This case was on the Court's October 19, 2020 trial calendar for New York City. We told the parties earlier this year to expect that this case would be added to our October 25, 2021 remote calendar for trial, with no further continuances absent exceptional circumstances. When we spoke with them again on June 22, 2021, we learned that any remaining discovery would be finished this summer and both parties said they would settle or be ready for trial by late October. It is therefore

ORDERED that this case is added to the Court's remote trial calendar that will begin at 1:00 p.m. Eastern Time on October 25, 2021. (This calendar is mostly for San Francisco cases.) It is also

ORDERED that the Clerk of the Court is directed to attach a copy of the Court's standing pretrial order for that October 25, 2021 trial session to a copy of this Order served on the parties. This Order is the official notice to the parties of this schedule.
