March 9, 1990.


The portion of the judgment pertaining to the division of property is vacated and the case is remanded for further proceedings in the Probate Court. The judge may enter appropriate temporary orders pending whatever final financial determination he within his discretion may make regarding division of the marital real estate. The portion of the judgment granting the divorce is affirmed.
