Ruling Judge: Dewey Arthur;

Disposition: Wallace's Motion Seeking Leave to Proceed to file Post-Conviction Collateral Relief is granted in part and denied in part: His 34-year sentence for kidnapping is vacated, and the case is remanded to the Circuit Court of Madison County for the sole purpose of resentencing him for the kidnapping conviction; as to his remaining claims, the motion is denied. All Justices Agree. Order entered.
