ORDER

This 15th day of March 2012, after careful consideration of the opening brief and the motion to affirm, we find it manifest that the judgment below should be affirmed on the basis of the Superior Court's well-reasoned decision dated November 9, 2011. The claims in appellant's second motion for postconviction relief were untimely and either previously adjudicated or otherwise procedurally defaulted, and appellant failed to overcome these procedural hurdles.

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED that the judgment of the Superior Court is AFFIRMED.
