Petitioner has submitted a petition for writ of mandamus. To the extent petitioner seeks to compel the Fourth District Court of Appeal to rule or to rule in a particular manner in Case No. 4D09-3102, the petition is hereby dismissed as moot. To the extent petitioner seeks other mandamus relief, the petition is hereby denied for failure to establish a clear legal right to relief. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000).
