MOTION DECISION

PRESENT: WHALEN, P.J., SMITH, CENTRA, PERADOTTO, AND LINDLEY, JJ.

An order having been entered on October 18, 2021, granting respondent-appellant's application to perfect an appeal taken herein as a poor person and assigning Philip Rothschild, Esq., as counsel to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the statement of Piotr Banasiak, Esq., dated April 26, 2022, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that Veronica L. Reed, Esq., 2320 Nott Street E, Suite 9591, Schenectady, New York 12309, is hereby substituted as counsel to conduct the above-entitled appeal taken from an order of the Family Court, Onondaga County, entered July 13, 2021, in place and stead of Philip Rothschild, Esq., and

It is further ORDERED that the Onondaga County Family Court Clerk provide Veronica L. Reed, Esq. with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings upon which the appeal is based, and

It is further ORDERED that the time to perfect the appeal is extended to August 1, 2022, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
