This case was calendared for trial at the April 2, 2024, Columbus, Ohio, Trial Session of the Court. On March 12, 2024, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution.

This case was called from the calendar of the Court's Columbus, Ohio, trial session on April 2, 2024. Petitioner appeared and was heard. Counsel for respondent appeared and was heard. Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript of the proceeding, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution is denied as moot, and this case is continued. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before May 2, 2024, the parties shall submit to the Court stipulated decision documents.
