On July 31, 2023, respondent filed electronically in the above-docketed matter two documents designated Answer. However, review shows that both are incorrectly captioned and neither appears to acknowledge the second petitioner in the body of the document or the attached certificate of service. The first is also undated.
Accordingly, the premises considered, it is
ORDERED that the two Answers filed July 31, 2023, at Docket Index Nos. 6 and 7 are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case. The Court would expect respondent promptly to file a revised version.
