DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION (Index No. 5426-15)

Application for poor person with assignment of counsel, to file a handwritten brief and for an extension of time to perfect proceeding.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application for to proceed as a poor person is granted, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the application for assignment of counsel is denied, without costs, and it is further

ORDERED that the application to file a handwritten brief is granted, without costs, and petitioner may submit one handwritten brief with proof of service of a copy upon respondent, and it is further

ORDERED that the application for an extension of time is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect proceeding is extended to August 8, 2016.
