The plaintiff, Mrs. Janice Meredith Wall, is the wife of Sydney T. Wall, plaintiff in Wall v. Aldrich, La. App., 50 So.2d 680, Mrs. Wall seeks damages against the same defendant and its insurer for injuries sustained by her in the accident in which her husband was injured. The two cases were consolidated for trial below. Her demands were rejected.

In view of the conclusion reached in case No. 7611, the judgment of the District Court is affirmed, with costs.
