Timothy Walker appeals an order of the trial court which denied his motion for copies of portions of the record in criminal proceedings against him, at no cost, in order to prepare a motion for post-conviction relief. Pursuant to Florida Rule of Appellate Procedure 9.315(a), we affirm. See Dorch v. State, 483 So.2d 851 (Fla. 1st DCA 1986).

AFFIRMED.
