Jan 26, 2007
946 So. 2d 1252 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2007)

Opinion

No. 5D06-3327.

January 26, 2007.

Appeal from the Circuit Court for Lake County, T. Michael Johnson, Judge.

Willie J. Walker, Chipley, pro se.

Bill McCollum, Attorney General, Tallahassee, and Nellie A. Nielan, Assistant Attorney General, Daytona Beach, for Appellee.

We affirm the dismissal of the petition for writ of habeas corpus on the ground that it is not an appropriate vehicle for raising issues which could or should have been raised on direct appeal. See Richardson v. State, 918 So.2d 999 (Fla. 5th DCA 2006).

AFFIRMED.

SAWAYA and MONACO, JJ., concur.
