The reporter's record was originally due June 24, 2024. On June 26, 2024, court reporter Mary Buitron filed a notification of late record requesting an extension of time until July 24, 2024, and we granted the extension. On July 24, 2024, Ms. Buitron filed a second notification of late record requesting an extension until August 24, 2024, and we granted the extension. On August 26, 2024, Ms. Buitron filed a third notification of late record requesting an extension until September 25, 2024. After consideration, we GRANT the request and ORDER Ms. Buitron to file her volumes of the reporter's record due by September 25, 2024. In the unlikely event the court reporter does not comply with this order, we may be required to initiate contempt proceedings.
