ON CONCESSION OF ERROR AND MOTION FOR REMAND

PER CURIAM.

Appellant appeals the lower court's denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. We accept the State's concession of error, reverse the order on appeal, and remand this matter to the lower court for an amended order.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.
