ORDER


After making an independent review of the pleadings, files, and records in this case, and the findings, conclusions, and recommendations of the United States Magistrate Judge, filed May 17, 2001, the court concludes that the findings and conclusions are correct. The findings and conclusions of the United States Magistrate Judge are accepted by the court. This action is therefore dismissed without prejudice for want of prosecution pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 41(b).

It is so ordered.
