By letter dated April 9, 2024, we informed appellant his brief did not comply with rule 38.1 of the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure. We directed appellant to file an amended brief that complied with the rules of appellate procedure within ten days. To date, appellant has failed to do so. Accordingly, we ORDER the appeal submitted on appellant's April 1, 2024 brief.
Appellees' brief is due within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
