Before the Court is appellant's November 15, 2023 sixth emergency motion for extension of time to file reporter's record. We DENY the motion. As we stated in our November 6, 2023 order addressing appellant's fifth amended emergency motion, the record for any of the proceedings for which payment is received remains due November 30, 2023.
We DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order to Terri Etekochay, Official Court Reporter for the 101st Judicial District Court; substitute reporter Norma Rico; and the parties.
