ORDER

Adam B. Landy, Special Trial Judge

This case is calendared for trial at the standalone remote trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on May 22, 2023.

On April 14, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report and advised that a basis for settlement has been reached between the parties. The report further states that Mr. Walker desires to amend his petition to add his spouse as a joint petitioner in this case. Before striking this case from the upcoming calendar, the Court will require petitioner to file a motion to complete the requested action to add his spouse as a petitioner in this case.

Upon due consideration of the Commissioner's status report and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before May 8, 2023, Mr. Walker, individually, or the parties, jointly, shall file an appropriate motion to change the caption of this case to properly add Mr. Walker's spouse as a party to this case.
