This case is calendared for trial at the Tampa, Florida, trial session of the Court scheduled to commence on April 11, 2023.

Upon due consideration of the telephone conference held with the parties on March 29, 2023, the Commissioner's status report, filed April 4, 2023, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the above-referenced trial session, and the parties are excused from appearing at the calendar call on April 11, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that this case is continued and jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, no later than April 21, 2023, Mr. Walker shall provide to counsel for the Commissioner all documents substantiating to his claim and legal issues raised for taxable year 2019.
