ORDER DISMISSING DEFENDANTS DARREN DURFEY, PATTY JOHNSON, TOM HODGSON AND DAVID BATEMAN

Based upon the Stipulated Motion to Dismiss Defendants Darren Durfey, Patty Johnston, Tom Hodgson and David Bateman and for good cause appearing therefore:

IT IS ORDERED:

1. Defendants' Darren Durfey, Patty Johnston, Tom Hodgson and David Bateman are dismissed from this action without prejudice;

2. The dismissal of these Defendants does not affect Plaintiffs' claims against any other Defendant;

3. The only Utah County Defendants remaining in this lawsuit are Utah County, Jerry Monson and Meret Lance McDaniel;

4. The above named Defendants are to bear their own attorneys' fees and costs; and,

5. Plaintiffs are not entitled to recover any attorneys' fees or costs which were solely incurred in pursuing their claims against these dismissed Defendants
