Jun 4, 1968
211 So. 2d 49 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 1968)

Opinion

No. J-449.

June 4, 1968.

Interlocutory Appeal from Circuit Court, Flagler County; W.L. Wadsworth, Judge.

French C. Davis, Daytona Beach, for appellant.

Joe M. Oglesby, Holly Hill, for appellee.

This is an interlocutory appeal from an injunctive order entered against appellant. We have reviewed the record and briefs filed in this cause, and upon consideration thereof, it is our view that the appellant has failed to demonstrate reversible error in the entry of the order appealed.

Accordingly, this interlocutory appeal is dismissed.

WIGGINTON, C.J., and CARROLL, DONALD K., and SPECTOR, JJ., concur.
