On December 15, 2023, Appellant filed a motion to extend time to file any motion for reconsideration, requesting an extension of 20 days to January 4, 2024. By order dated December 27, 2023, we granted that motion and ordered that any such motion be filed on or before January 4, 2024.
Before the Court is Appellant's January 4, 2024 Motion to Extend Time to File Motion for Reconsideration, in which he requests an additional 32 days to file any motion for reconsideration, such that any motion would be filed on or before February 5, 2024.
We GRANT Appellant's January 4, 2024 Motion to Extend Time to File Motion for Reconsideration and ORDER any such motion to be filed on or before FEBRUARY 5, 2024. Further, we CAUTION appellant that that future requests for extensions of time to file motions for reconsideration in this case will be viewed with great disfavor unless supported by exigent circumstances.
