Extension of time granted
Based upon Supervising Deputy State Public Defender Ryan R. Davis's representation that the reply to informal response to the petition for writ of habeas corpus is anticipated to be filed by July 7, 2022, an extension of time in which to serve and file that document is granted to October 5, 2021. After that date, only five further extensions totaling about 274 additional days are contemplated.
