Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 3 of El Paso County, Texas (TC# 2011-086)

ORDER

The Court GRANTS the Parties' Joint Motion for Extension to Complete Mediation. Therefore, the Court ORDERS that the deadline for mediation to be conducted shall be extended until November 20, 2014. The Court's order dated September 5, 2014 remains in effect with respect to the mediation report and other requirements after mediation has been completed.
