In the exercise of this court's supervisory authority, the Appellate Court, Third District, is directed to vacate its judgment in Wakehouse v. Caterpillar, Inc., No. 3-03-0885, denying leave to appeal. The appellate court is ordered to grant leave to appeal and address the forum non conveniens issue on the merits, if appropriate only, after the disposition of Wakehouse v. Goodyear Tire, No. 3-03-0910, addressing the parties' Rule 308 appeal on the res judicata and law of the case issues.
