DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Adam J. Spence, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the child and Allen Stone, Esq., P.O. Box 118, Vestal, NY 13851, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further

ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he may direct.

Peters, P.J., Lynch, Rose and Mulvey, JJ., concur.
