On February 9, 2022, the parties filed a Motion To Remand. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that the parties' above Motion To Remand is granted and this case is remanded to respondent's Appeals Office for further administrative hearing pursuant to I.R.C. section 6330. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced hearing shall take place at a reasonable and mutually agreed upon date and time, but no later than April 20, 2022. It is further

ORDERED that each party shall, on or before May 20, 2022, file with the Court a report regarding the then present status of this case, which shall include a copy of any supplemental notice of determination issued to petitioner.
