ORDER DENYING PETITION FOR WRIT OF MANDAMUS AND/OR PROHIBITION

Upon consideration of Petitioner Wahiawa General Hospital's petition for a writ of mandamus and/or prohibition, the papers in support, and the records and files herein, it appears Petitioner fails to demonstrate that it is entitled to mandamus relief. Therefore,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the petition for writ of mandamus and/or prohibition is denied without prejudice to any remedy Petitioner may have by way of appeal and without prejudice to Petitioner seeking any further relief in the pending circuit court case.
